Peppe says....
"I came to Bristol when I was a kid only for three months…and this was 28 years ago! Something came up and I never left. I am the only one in my family here in Bristol, and run a business on Cheltenham Road. It is a little café/restaurant, 'Luna Rossa'.
Coffee is my life! It is said that coffee is Brazilian, but in Naples we have got a plant of coffee as well. For example, this one is arabica, and strangely, it is from Italy, near Naples. It’s called Café Noire.
Some people believe that making coffee is just putting it in the machine… but there are so many things behind making coffee - really its a world! It is very interesting...."

Tiramisu
·Dip each of the Savoyard cakes…in coffee.
·Put cream (mascarpone and egg) on the top of each slice.
·Put another one on the top, and another one.
·Close with fresh chocolate on the top.
·Leave it until the day after - or at least a
minimum of 12 hours– never eat the same day!
·Leave outside for three or four hours before
putting in the fridge

Tiramisu
Tiramisu is the original Italian cake, first made in Florence. Did you know that Tiramisu means ‘Pick me up’ in English?
The original Tiramisu is made with with Savoyard Biscuits, pure coffee, coffee liquor, and red egg. Ah! And it doesn’t go with cream! In England they put cream on the top, but we don’t. What we put in Italy is mascarpone, and the red, the yellow of the egg, all mixed together.
